The Software Development Manager (Delivery) will be responsible for leading a Scrum Team of full-stack, cross-functional software developers working to build and integrate enterprise applications, web applications, and web services that support both internal and external users, according to the Christian Care Ministry (CCM) SDLC process. Primary responsibilities are to manage the development and operational support of applications, oversee staff, assist with training of new employees, provide application enhancement, control the release process for applications, and offer ongoing support for internal departments and external users.

Compassionately, efficiently, and graciously care for members by:

1. Access and assess the member’s medical need history.
2. Determine whether or not the member’s medical need meets the criteria for sharing according to the SMI Guidelines.
3. Determine whether or not the corresponding bills meet the criteria for sharing according to the SMI Guidelines.
4. Provide timely and clear communication about the above decisions to expedite lifting the spiritual and financial needs of our members.
5. Miscellaneous Duties: Performs other related duties, as assigned

The Role
Provider-Only Member Services Representative - This very important front-line person answers phone calls, emails, and other correspondence from medical service providers who may have questions or concerns related to CCM's membership guidelines, general provisions, or technical support.You must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 8am - 9pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
