Needs Processor Purpose:
To serve the members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by providing accurate and efficient processing of member needs according to ministry guidelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The quantitative and qualitative contribution to the work of the ministry
Staff are required to meet established goals or communicated expectations for quantity and quality, apply appropriate time management and prioritization skills, work independently with a reasonable amount of guidance from more senior staff, and adequately learn and apply training and knowledge to perform these responsibilities and duties.

Provider-Only Member Services Representative - This very important front-line person answers phone calls, emails, and other correspondence from medical service providers who may have questions or concerns related to CCM's membership guidelines, general provisions, or technical support.You must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 8am - 9pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
