The Role
Provider-Only Member Services Representative - This very important front-line person answers phone calls, emails, and other correspondence from medical service providers who may have questions or concerns related to CCM's membership guidelines, general provisions, or technical support.You must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 8am - 9pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
​PURPOSE: To serve the members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by compassionately, efficiently, and graciously advocating for them and communicating with them in regards to their membership with SMI.

You’ll take as many as 50-70 calls per day from customers who have questions about their health benefits. As their advocate, you’ll use your personality and our tools to help them through the health care benefits available to them, including helping them enroll in a new plan. This is no small opportunity. This is a remote independent contractor position. You will be responsible for qualifying and converting leads into clients via inbound and outbound calls for insurance providers. Contractors will contact consumers to verify their information, assess their needs and circumstances, and connect them with a licensed insurance agent to provide them with an insurance quote (auto, home, life, etc.)
